Spring Color

This Art Journal page was fun to make. I started with strips of masking tape and it evolved from there.

Supplies used - masking tape, acrylic paints, watercolor pencils, watercolor crayons, misc. stamps, Tim Holtz distress inks, Staz-on ink, misc. papers on canvas.

This art journal page was inspired by an art journal prompt at Jessica Sprague by Nancie Rowe Janitz.

 

Supplies used - Misc. papers, acrylic paints, acrylic inks, distress inks, and charcoal pencil.

Love Lives Here

This started out as something else, but evolved to this by accident.

 

Supplies used - The house was printed from Tangie Baxter. I used misc. strips of paper, gesso, watercolor crayons, oil pastels and a brad. Thanks Pickle for the stamp of the little girl with the flowers!

What Color Is Your Day?

Open Up

This art journal page is a message to me - open up is something I need to do -

The background was covered with squares of paper and cloth, then acrylic paints to give it texture, a little stenciling, the girl was painted and cut out of another paper. The house is by Tangie Baxter .

Be Present

I really like this art journal page. The leaves are made from pieces of a linen cloth I use to blot paint and ink.
