Turtle Murder

Two softshell turtles and a man with a plan. LOL Tom & Chuck caught these in the creek. Tom tried his best to kill the turtles nicely - and finally gave up on the Mr. Niceguy and got the axe! Haven't eaten them yet.

This was done with acrylics, oil  pastels, gel medium transfer, collage papers, and stamps. I loved this  "Red Riding Hood" girl - I thought she looked more evil than the wolf!

Tom's Second Turkey

 He got this gobbler on the 24th. It weighed 18lbs, had a 9 1/2 inch beard and 1 1/4 inch spur.

This page was done with acrylics, glimmer mist, gel transfer, oil pastels, and charcoal pencil. I liked it really well until I covered up too much of the background. I really didn't intend to, it just happened.
