While Tom was sitting in his tree stand at Mable's this morning . . . . this was in his very own backyard at 8:30 this morning for around 20 minutes.

Some days it just doesn't pay to go anywhere!

Bad Day?

Yesterday about 7:30 AM I was drinking coffee and reading the paper. I read a little of this and a little of that, then I got down to my horoscope. It said and I Quote -

" Today is a 7. To convince others of what you just somehow."

I said out loud to no one "I am screwed."

So ( I can hear Arlo Guthrie in my head -

"Kid,
we found your name on an envelope at the bottom of a half

a ton of garbage, and just wanted to know if you had any

information about it.")

My laptop broke and I have to get it fixed.   '$$$$'
My sink is stopped up in the kitchen and Tom has to dig up the pipes.    'BackAche'
And my fingerprints were Rejected by the FBI.   'What?'


I kid you not. I always joked that I could do anything and get away with it because my hands were so messed up with eczema that no one could get fingerprints. But I was only Joking! In the process of applying for a concealed permit, it happened to be a really bad week for my hands and they were really bad prints. So. . . i've got to try very hard to get them in good shape and try again.

Anyway - I may quit reading my horoscope - Have a nice day!

Beach Fairy

This project was made for the "Assemblage Challenge" in this quarter's Altered Hearts E-Zine. I had seen these fairies in cages in a Somerset Studio magazine and had to try it. Special thanks to Mom for being such a "Bathing Beauty" at 2 yrs old!

Altered Animals

This digital design was done for the last ScrapArtist  challenge ( they have since closed up shop). The subject was Altered Animals, so I thought I would give Needmore some wings. The clothesline, birdhouse, bluebird. and Needmore are all extractions of photos of mine.

Other materials used came from Heaven's Gate Designs, Brandie Butcher-Isley, and Fiddlette Designs.
