More Journal Pages

A few more pages -

from my Mixed Media mayhem journal.

Art Journal Pg - My Battle

I especially liked this page on The Kathryn Wheel blog and here is what I came up with -

Workshop

Right before I went in the hospital I had signed up for a workshop by Roben-Marie .  Mixed Media Mayhem
I've worked on it off and on all month. It has been good therapy. Here are a few pages -

All of these pages are made of file folders and will be made into a journal when they are all done. I'll post more later.

This makes me laugh every time I see it. There are tons more funny cat pictures on this website.

AJProject 52 # 12 - The House

I finished this art journal page a couple of weeks before I went to the hospital and never did get to post.

This started out as a way to show the different effects of  black & white gesso backgrounds and the same colors on both the black and white. At the same time I had an 'ear worm' - Miranda Lambert's song 'The House That Built Me'. I did manage to get the song out of my head by the finish of the page !
